Welcome to UpDayton’s Year 4 Report.
This report is the region’s only community report detailing key recommendations from over 800 young professionals and local college students for local leaders. Our organization has a mission that is critical to the Dayton region – the attraction and retention of young talent. As the demand for knowledge based careers increases, so does the demand for young talent. We focus on attracting and retaining young talent by engaging young people in the regional decision making.
