Why are we not using that old lower level of Courthouse Square? Obviously its the basement of the old courthouse, so lets get it POPIN' I see Red Lobster or Dave & Busters. I vision the current Old Courthouse used for weddings and other Civic events. I smell a Dayton Tour Guide of Historical Sites. Something more better than the "Duck Tours" I see The Convention Centers shiney new Marquee broadcasting ABC News and CNN facts and figures. I see a better Dayton undder New Leadership with entirely new business models.

When are going to bring drinking establishments to the Wright-Dunbar District? The Oregon is a safe Historical area just like the Wright-Dunbar District. The Oregon would not lose revenue, Dayton would not lose income. The Dunbar area would flourish just the same as the Histric Oregon. The Law patrols that district the same way Wright-Dunbar would be policed. WE INCARCERATE THOSE WHO OFFEND CRIME. This is a Win Win oppportunity. Besides the fellows of old dramk and I know they hate all those "closed" structures.

Thanks, Sam.

We share the same thoughts. Believe it, or not, there is a local brew, but it's currently in development. We are striving to develop a collection of brews and signature product line to launch eventually. The business model we are heading toward is 'top secret', but I can share this... we are always open on Facebook. We'd love to share a pint with you.

Cheers,
