Title: Parking Wars
The Idea: Ever watch the A&E channel on tv? well they do a show in Philadelphia with their Municipal Parking Enforcement throughout their city to generate revenue for the city. All of their Meter Readers have portablE Citation PCs that enforce, track and print illegally parked vehicles within any given region of the city. In addition to controling parking regulations they also utilize their muscle and control all publically ticketed offenders to its own City run tow facikitiy. Instead of the small guy like Sandys getting the revenue the City of Philadelphia erans the income. Income the the City of Dayton could recover from impounded autos could be 100% towards city budgets and not split with AAA. A boot on a vehicle placed by a City Truck would bring money in the city and not in mom & pops pocket.
