Title: A BiggerBetter HARA ARENA!
The Idea: OK. The EJ Nutter Center no longer host Hip Hop or even R&B America. US Bank Arena in Cincy & other Venues in Columbus still host these genres of pop culture, which by the way is a Billion Dollar Industry. Revenues from live concerts are tremendous. Artist sell 50 million records in Hip Hop and Americans spend Billions to participate in those experiences. Why shouldnt Trowood and Dayton benefit like Fairborn and Beavercreek. Gentrification our dollars into surrounding communites needs to extend its reach into struggling and forgotten Trotwood. Sears cant not contiue to anchor that municipality. A demolished Icon such as Hara coupled with New Complex Construction equal to or even bigger than EJ Nutter Center will ensure Trotwood and Daytons future. Of course Beavercreek & Fairborn would compete for audiences now. IF WE BUILD IT THEY WOULD COME!
