Don’t confuse URBAN EXCURSION with your average stroll in the park. It’s the mother of all scavenger hunts and urban adventure races.

Picture Amazing Race without the frenzy. Teams of 4 solve clues and complete challenges while navigating the cultural offerings of the city. Each team receives a “playbook” that contains a list of trivia to learn answers to, things to photograph and items to obtain. Each item is worth a certain number of points, depending on its difficulty. The goal: get the most points possible while keeping within the rules of the game and local laws. Teams need to work well together, using a combination of brains, brawn and imagination to win. The last clue will invite players to Celebrate Dayton’s Legacy of Creativity.
